Description : Sugar Shack is located in Potts Point only a short walk from the city centre and a 20 minute walk down to the Sydney Opera House amd famous Harbour bridge. All rooms are very spacious and have their own private bathroom and toilet facilities as well as a Balcony which exciting views of the Kingscross district. Single,Double,Twin,Triple and Dorm beds available, all private rooms have their own TV and Fridge.A complementry breakfast is available every mporning with cornflakes,toast,jams,tea and coffee. A frre pickup service is available from Sydney's Airport from 7am to 7pm when you stay 3 or more nights. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a electric ovens, microwaves, fridges, cutlery pots and pans etc. We have very friendly and efficient staff that can help with information on the sights and places to visit in Sydney. We also have a jobs board for those who need to make a bit of money and free DVD nights if you feel like staying in. Bookings are transferable with sufficient notice (5 days or more) All guests must observe the rules and regulations of our hostels. The Hostel is not responsible for theft or loss of guest property or any injuries caused to guests or friends of guests. All guests are advised to take out their own personal and travel insurance. Arrival and check-out times: The hostel offices are open for check-in from 8:00 a.m. –12.00p.m. and from 16:30 p.m. to 22:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Cancellations: If you would like to make any changes in your booking please contact us, we will try to help you. Any cancellation made within a week prior to stay commencement will result in the fee equal to 1 night's rate per person. Any cancellation made within 24 hours prior to stay commencement will result in the fee equal to 2 nights rate or one night's rate in case the reservation is for one night only, per person. We reserve the right to charge full amount in case there is no cancellation notification received from the guest. Our reception desk closes at 22:00 p.m. Failure to arrive before this time will result in you being charged for the nights accommodation. Credit & Debit cards incur an extra 4% charge for payment on arrival. A valid credit or debit card (either Visa or MasterCard) must be used for the booking and must not expire before you arrive. The card must be in the name of the person making the booking. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL to us directly and not to Hostelclub.com
